Dave Cunningham has provided real estate services to the Brazos Valley Area including Milam, Robertson, Burleson and Falls counties for over 39 years. As an active member of his community, he served on the local school board, as a trustee in his church and as a board member with a local bank.

Karen began her real estate career with Cunningham Real Estate in September 2000. Born and raised in the Gause/Milam County area, for the last 24 years, Karen has specialized in farm and ranch and rural property transactions. She prides herself on taking care of business and building lasting relationships. But her utmost pride is her family. Married for over 35 years, raising 3 wonderful children right here in Central Texas and now a grandmother of 6, she enjoys her time with family, traveling and camping with her husband, Frank and parents. Karen is an active member of the Robertson County Cowboy Church and an officer/first responder in the Gause Volunteer Fire Department and GVFD Ladies Auxilliary For Karen it is more than a career, it about making friends, improving communities and helping families realize their dreams of a quiet country lifestyle.

When clients ask Cody how long he has been doing real estate, Cody likes to reply jokingly “Well, I guess my whole life”. Growing up in and around the office, some of Cody’s favorite memories was riding along on showings with his father and the older he got the more he always kept an open ear to the comings and goings of office/clients and their properties. After graduating Texas State with a Geography degree that focused on Urban Planning and a Minor in Aging and Society (Eat Um Up Cats!). After college Cody pursued his life long passion of skiing, enjoying all Little Cottonwood Canyon had to offer with powder skiing and working at the Alta Lodge. In 2017 after honing his hospitality skills in the hotel industry, Cody decided that he wanted to pursue what had always been his lifelong dream and he joined Cunningham Real Estate full-time in the fall of 2017. Benefiting from the knowledge gained growing up in the business as well as now being trained by his mentor Karen Gray and Dave Cody has been able to continue the Cunningham Real Estate legacy. 7 years and thousands of acreage later Cody is in pursuit of his broker license and plans on continuing the business into its next 40 years. After years of living in around the Austin area, Cody has great contacts in Travis, Williamson, and Hayes county. Cody and his wife Patricia (BOI) also spend part of their time in Galveston. Cody with the help of Patty has become well versed in Galveston County and Texas Gulf Coast Properties. Cody and Patty reside on the Brazos River with their two dogs Waylon and Jax and our proud to call Milam and Robertson county home. With a passion for live music, exploring the outdoors, and taking their Capri Camper on the back of their truck across Texas, New Mexico, and has even made it all the way to Canada skiing and adventuring with it.
